You will be required to answer some questions when purchasing these products, one of our pharmcists will then review these questions and if approriate approve the order for dispatch. Please complete these questions as accurately as possible. If the Pharmacist is unable to fully asses the suitability of a product for use by a patient from these questions they may contact you in order to get more information.
In the event the Pharmacist refuses to approve an order they will contact you to explain why the product/s are not reccomended for you to take and if appropriate suggest an alternative or refer you to your GP or another medical praticioner. If an alternative cannot be reccomended you will issued a full refund.
The Pharmacist has the right to refuse any order for a Pharmacy Only Product.
