Preparation and Usage
Squeeze 2 – 5cm of Ibuleve Maximum Strength Gel directly onto the affected area, making sure there is enough to form a thin layer over the entire area. Massage into the skin gently, rubbing in until the gel is absorbed. Do this up to 3 times a day for best results. Wash your hands after using this product, unless you are treating your hands.
