What is my Tracking Number?
All orders have a 13 character unique tracking number, which will be sent to you with your dispatch confirmation e-mail. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service:

Firstly, use the Track and Trace service to see the status of your order.

If you live or work in a communial building, check to see if your parcel has been delivered to the recpetion or office.

If you were out when the item was due to be delivered check to see if the postal officer has left you a card or left the item with a neighbour.

If you have tried the above and are still unable to locate your parcel then please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
PLEASE NOTE: we cannot make a claim with Royal Mail for a lost or incorrectly delivered item until 15 working days have elapsed from the postage date. In the rare case a parcel does not arrive in the delivery period expected we will not be able to re-dispatch or refund an order until the 15 day period has passed.
