Hedex Extra Tablets are painkillers that have been specifically formulated to provide extra relief from discomfort caused by headaches and migraines. This product can also be used for fever, sore throat, aches and pains caused by cold and flu. The active ingredient in this product is paracetamol, which is a common pain killer and caffeine which helps to speed up the effects of paracetamol for quick and effective relief from pain.

Preparation and Usage
Adults and children aged over 16: swallow 2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed. Do NOT take more frequently than every 4 hours and do NOT take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children aged 12-15 years: swallow 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as required. Do NOT take more frequently than every 4 hours and do NOT take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours.
