Preparation and Usage
For babies, rub the solution on the chest or throat, and keep it away from their eyes. For older children, it is recommended that bedclothes stay loose for that the vapour has time to work through the nasal passages as they sleep.
An alternative method of use for small children is to put the vapour rub onto a handkerchief or tissue and tie it near to the crib, just out of the reach of the child.
