Instructions

Apply Nasal Strip before going to bed as follows:

Wash & dry your nose Place one Nasal Strip across the bridge of your nose.

Apply to skin, smooth sides by pressing down to ensure good contact.

Remove slowly in the morning (if desired, the strip can be removed while washing your face).
